Process
Our handmade cheesecakes are flash frozen, and then shrink wrapped to retain freshness. From there, they go into a styrofoam container that surrounds the cheesecake in 2 inches of insulation. This is then placed into a durable corrugated container ready for shipping. The cake will last 2+ days in the container, especially during the winter months. Our packaging insures that every cheesecake will arrive in perfect condition.
Your cheesecake will arrive either partially frozen, or cold and ready to enjoy. Once thawed, your cake can be stored refrigerated for 7-10 days. If you wish to re-freeze your cheesecake you may,; but we do not recommend re-freezing them more than once.
Shipping
All of our cakes are shipped FedEx 2nd day service without requiring a signature. The customer or the recipient should be available to accept delivery. If a signature is required, there will be an additional fee added. All customers are solely responsible for the accuracy of the shipping addresses. No delivery is available to P.O. boxes and A.P.O. boxes.
We do not deliver on Sundays, Mondays or National holidays. Orders can be delivered throughout the continental United States, Hawaii, and Alaska (Additional shipping costs apply to orders shipped to Hawaii and Alaska and will be adjusted accordingly). Overnight and International Service are also available; please call us for a quote. FedEx 2nd day shipments leave Monday through Wednesday with delivery Wednesday through Friday. Saturday delivery is also available – additional fees will apply.
A gift message is included with our service. Please fill out the form and include your message in the “Card” area. Your thoughts will be printed and inserted inside the box for the recipient to read.
Shipping Discount on your first 8" Cheesecake is only $19.95. Discount on your first 10" Cheesecake is only $26.67. Shipping Discount on your first order of six individual desserts is only $24.22. (offer expires soon and applies to quantity of one. Additional shipping costs apply for more then one)
Our Guarantee
If you are not thrilled with your cheesecake, for any reason* we will send another cheesecake, or gladly refund your money!
* Guarantee is null and void if an incorrect shipping address is provided, and the cake is late, or undeliverable due to an incorrect address. Therefore, please double check your shipping addresses before you place your order and make absolutely certain you have entered the information correctly on your order form. Incorrect shipping information will likely result in the product not being delivered on the designated day. The cost of any reshipped products due to incorrect address information is the sender's responsibility. Address corrections will be subject to carrier handling or correction fees.
